Amazingly tasty and friendly and affordable restaurant. Hard to find another in Richmond. One of my family’s favorite dining places. My daughter especially likes the spicy fried chicken bowl. Not noisy and feel at ease!

Their Original Shoyu Hokkaido Ramen is very tasty. The soup is not too salty. Even better if they could offer options of adding toppings, and choosing firmness of the ramen.

Really like this Japanese restaurant! Foods are tasty and staffs are lovely!
Avoid this place at all costs! They completely disregard food safety rules. My partner is suffering from gout and is unable to walk today after dining here. He specifically instructed them not to cross-contaminate with any shellfish, yet they ignored his request. His order was thr ' MEAT LOVERS ' with thr SHIO BROTH. Now, his legs are swollen, and he will be unable to walk for the next three days! Do NOT EAT HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!!
Average Ramen
Great food and clean convenient location. Staff was attentive. Their happy hour starts at 2pm. Where else can you find ramen for $10?
This used to be my to-go ramen place in Richmond, however, at my last three visits, I can see (or taste) that the quality is not what it used to be (and I've been going here since pre-covid)! The food has been quite inconsistent and the noodle in today's visit was quite hard and sticking to the rest of the noodle in the bowl.

Lack of toppings but nice and light. You don’t get much but ramen is still nice and filling. Great staff! I love how chill they are and they don’t forget about you.
This place is fantastic. I’ve tried about 20 ramen places in metro Vancouver and this is one of my favourites. Always consistent and the location and prices are great. Straight forward traditional ramen nothing flashy or fancy. My other favourite places are Santouka, Danbo, and Jinya so if you like those places you’ll probably like Ramen Taka.

The worst ramen I’ve ever had. Ordered garlic ramen, the portion is very small…for its price. The broth is super super super salty and I had to add more water in it…….
