Dim sum in bamboo trays on the average-to-low end. In contrast, high quality made to the order lunch dishes.

Ginger chicken steamed bun: 3 pc, small size, dough a little soggy, guessing they steam up factory made frozen buns.

Cod fish maw & vegetable in oyster sauce : Very tasty and good portion for the 3 of us!

Rolled rice sheet with fish filling : great! Unlike the more common choice of rolled rice sheet with fish paste, this dish has fish pieces and no deep frying involved.

Fried rice with diced chicken and salted fish: Great! Good portion.

Overall, I have reservation on the quality of their bamboo tray steamed dim sum. I appreciate the flavour in their made-to-the-order items. I had dinner here on the past and I remember it was very flavourful, and they have very attentive servers.

the servers were incredibly unprofessional as they kept ignoring my table, and the peking duck was mediocre. I don’t recommend this restaurant as there are plenty of other better chinese restaurants in Richmond.

I had high expectations for this restaurant. However the service by my waiter was extremely unprofessional. I ordered the Peking duck and everything came out warm which soon turned cold. Overall its a restaurant I wouldn't recommend, especially you're on a date .

This is my favorite dim sum place. I brought my friends here. Some of them are vegetarian and some of them like the dim sum to be cut into smaller pieces. The waiters are so helpful and they tried to accommodate my friends’ needs. Food are amazing, best steamed shrimp dumplings!

Super recommended. This year alone, my family and extended family have been to the Richmond location 4x for occasions.

High quality food and they taste good. Depends on the dish u order, some dish can be a tad small but the waiter will advise you.

Salted egg you prawns is very good.
There is the beef ribs dish tat is so so Good. Can't eat a lot though cuz it's rich.

Prices very very reasonable.
We usually go up on the 2nd floor up the ramp. 2 hr parking.
Heard it's 3 hr parking on the red floor

Took my grandmother for some dim sum as they have 20%off promotion. All is good except we were seated by the entrance. Once the door opens, cold breeze would rush in and blows directly to our table. I was freezing half of the time. Our food got cold faster than we could enjoy them. I had to get up to close the door myself twice. The staff closed the door many times but people are just blind to their small "please close the door" sign. Either they figure out a way so the door closes automatically or they make a bigger sign that people can't miss. I would say it ruined the experience and we will not come here again before they fix the door issue. Or at least not visit during winter time.
