I came by this restaurant recently after finding out they have roast goose. Compared to the more common roast duck, the roast goose is a lot bigger, fattier, the meat a bit tougher, and it has a more gamey flavour. The overall barbecue/roast style is quite nice with goose.The plum sauce they provide adds a nice yet different type of flavour to the goose. Although it’s quite a bit more expensive than roast duck, it is fairly worth it as there are only a few places that provide...
I really like the quality of the ginger poached chicken this shop carries; the chicken is well made and the price is fair. The only suggestion I have is to increase the portion size of the ginger/onion sauce. A few friends have made the same purchase and we all commented on the small amount of the sauce provided!
