2 days in a row the internet says they were open and their sign says open too BUT CLOSED. I haven't tried their food because these people are evidently not good business people. Not sure if I'll try again. They are in a spooky remote unserious location. I am NOT commenting on their food, only their crazy location and business practices. My advice....DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU PHONE FIRST TO SEE IF THEY ARE OPEN

I've been here multiple times, and I've never had a bad experience. The food is always great and the service is equally as good. I would highly recommend eating here if you are considering trying a new place for Vietnamese food or just in the area for a snack

Hidden in the shipyard area is a Vietnamese family restaurant that speaks Cantonese. It serves Vietnamese rice noodles and Western breakfast. The price is affordable and it is frequented by locals.

Greasy spoon/ Vietnamese Fast and friendly service, the staff is great. I'm a breakfast fan so I came for that and it was good, I would have given 5 stars but the hashbrowns are a potato patty. That being said, the Vietnamese food looked pretty good and my friend was quite satisfied with it. Will return again and again.

This is a family run restaurant and located inside the Steveston paramount. As to support our neighbourhood restaurants, we want to try this for long time. However, their open hours are almost similar as my working hours and we can only try on Saturday (Sunday - off)! Finally, we come today for late lunch. The owner are friendly and the foods are good. We try Pho/Coffee today and they also serve burgers, western breakfast too. Sure will come again and highly recommended.
