Saint Germain Bakery @ Aberdeen Centre, Richmond BC. Very convenient location by bus + skytrain. Plenty of free covered parkings. Delicious Chinese bakery, tarts Swiss roll + buns + cakes. Quick + friendly service + clean shop.

Love their cakes and bread, basically nothing to complain about. Sometimes one or two sales ladies were not nice, but sometimes some of them are very nice. Their Black Forest cake is the best. We also love their Nepolean cake, very light and delicious.

Perhaps a contradictory opinion to some reviews, but this has been a gem of a find in a different light for bakeries. There are others that make specific things better (to me), like Lido's, but that would put a damper on a niche this bakery fills: The st. Germaine bun. Under the radar, it is unlike other Chinese staples and has a sugary outside, soft interior, and sweet filling (akin to coconut buns but less coconut).What I truly appreciate is how the bakery does a great...
