A healthy tasty meal is what I want to fuel my body before a flight and this is exactly what I got from here!! Their salmon and bannock plate is so good. Service is amazing. Support local business instead of processed big corporation food. It’s better for u!!

How could an airport restaurant have such a high rating? Because the food tastes like real ingredients and it's well prepared.

Looking for an alternative to heavy fried foods during our layover, we chose the salmon burger and elk burger. Yummy, and the bannock makes it tasty and unique to us. Would definitely eat here again.

Terrific story. Indigenous-Owned and all local food. Had the breakfast bannock sandwich with elk sausage.

One of the best gluten free breads I’ve had in a while. It’s like a slightly denser, nuttier flavor than a buttermilk biscuit would have. Very filling but not overly so. I didn’t try a sandwich although the salmon one looked so good, they were a bit pricey for my budget right now. Just the bread with butter and jam was perfect.

Safety: they said they use different starches to substitute the flour and have a designated cooking space for the GF breads. The potential cross contamination comes from the shared kitchen where they prep things which is why it’s referred to as gluten friendly. I have celiac disease and am being moderately careful (traveling internationally is hard), if you’re being 100% careful you may react but I feel okay.

The food was great, with nice selections of local canned beer. The staff were very kind, too! Great experience while waiting for my flight.

I really enjoyed the elk in this burger, it was juicy, favourable, and perfect for small comments.
