I have been recharging my card for two years. The woman who greeted us at noon on January 1st, the table was very full today. I finished my order at noon today and was about to leave. I was waiting for a plastic packaging box. Then the woman who greeted us came over and said, "You guys finish your meal and leave quickly, there are many people waiting behind." We asked her if she had any plastic packaging boxes, and she said no. Then another waitress handed it to us. This was the first time I saw someone being driven away so rudely, so we didn’t just leave. We were waiting for the boxes to be packed. There is obviously a plastic packing box but they say there is not one. This is my first time seeing such a rude woman. It ruined my day and I won't do it again.

The waiter who welcomes guests is very rude and chases guests away. Be careful with the greeting lady with black bangs.

The atmosphere at 7 is really weak compare to other Asian restaurants at night, food is average and some dishes are below average but the service is really good besides the fact that they seem to bias the parents over the children heavily

It was hard to eat. The food was not fresh. The attitude was terrible. I asked the clerk to change it for me. He told me to cancel it immediately. After that, I called someone to eat it, but no one paid attention to it.

Service are fast and good, but their live whole lobster dish, missed some pieces of meat from the tail. Black truffle fried rice without black truffle inside.
Only 60% full of customer around 8 pm on weekends. Not busy at all, but noisy.

Servers were rushing and sloppy. Kept reaching over people. Same service as any typical low tier dim sum.
Food was decent but anything fried was extra oily and smelled like old oil.

Food wise, best dim sum i ever had in Vancouver. They taste so close to the dim sum i tried in China. Size and serving portion is perfect size, not too big nor too small. Their tea tastes better too. / Service is good. / Just a little bit pricy.
