Too heavy tasting for my liking. The meat is good, but the potatoes are really oily, there is not enough salad for how heavy tasting the whole meal is, there is too much sauce to food ratio, and it is hard to eat without some sort of beverage to help with the saltiness and oiliness.

There are truly no words to express how much i love this place. When I was a little girl and i lived in surrey sometimes we would take the bus to the surrey location to get their chicken platter and it legitimately felt like winning the lottery every time. when i moved out and started my freshman year of uni, i ubered food from this place in bulk and ate it for weeks straight. for every meal. My wife and I order the family platter for 6 even though it’s literally just the two of us. and we always order extra garlic sauce. when you order extra garlic sauce i shit you not they give you a whole freaking take out container filled to the brim (pictured below). i don’t know what deal with the devil you guys made to obtain the recipe for your potatoes and garlic sauce, but if you ever change the recipe you will literally see me in the news. If you guys didn’t exist i’d probably have enough saved for a down payment on a house right now. When i was like 15 i tried finding the owner of this restaurant on social media to see if he had any sons i could potentially court to gain access to the garlic sauce and potato recipe. even though i’m a lesbian. i love you guys so much please please please never change. i want you to cater at my funeral.

I've been twice and love it. The portions are huge and I just finished my leftovers 2 days later. Really friendly people. The garlic sauce is so intense. I can't get enough of it!

Honestly after trying Richmond centre shawarma place this is sooo disappointing. Very less quantity of food in a takeout box , mostly filled with sauce , no service but we still pay tip . Overall not a great experience, sorry to say

From past 3 times I'm facing the bad experience, this time I had a lamb donair and I asked the guy for extra tzatziki and hot sauce just once and then he didn't wrapped the donair properly and the whole sauce came out of it and paper got wet and sticky. At last when I complained that I never faced this kind of issue as many a times I have got extra sauces. He said that's how we do it, I'm working here from last nine years and if u didn't like it u can go to some other place.!! I even told him that I'm regular customer here but still he continues to argue.

I love eating shawarma but the costumer service keeps me away from this place. Every-time I come the portion keeps getting smaller. I get it every week but I am thinking of switching to burritos now. Also I don’t get proper change back they only return me $6 when I order a large shawarma and give $20 bill.
