This is the worst shawrma place to go to if your thinking of eating Shawrma they have the worst customer service ever they have Indian girls working and they are so rude and disrespectful they don’t know how to cook the chicken they sell burned chicken, and their always telling people to wait for the chicken to cook and the chicken is been cooking since 9am there’s a worker with a Mickey Mouse tattoo on her arm and she has the worst customer service ever she’s the rudest , it’s sad to see these type of workers giving the restaurant a bad name and I won’t be coming back because of them I will be going to the other restaurant it’s called Al Basha they have way more authentic shawarma there and they have people working who really understand the culture. The owner of this restaurant needs to fix his customer service and bring in better workers who actually want to work in the restaurant.

I’ve been going to this place since it opened. I feel today was my last visit. The potatoes were cold and dry. Most of the beef today was the dried up burnt parts. The salad was old or has been out too long.
The chicken was still good as usual.
I get times are thought but I don’t need to pay for what should have been tossed out.

Really good combination of food. Simple menu. Very tasty. Our golf crew goes here when we play in Richmond. They place can do with a little extra cleaning in the public areas.
Too heavy tasting for my liking. The meat is good, but the potatoes are really oily, there is not enough salad for how heavy tasting the whole meal is, there is too much sauce to food ratio, and it is hard to eat without some sort of beverage to help with the saltiness and oiliness.
