The milk tea ice cream is so good! I tried with condensed milk and pearls and it’s just as good!!

This store is a bit hard to find. Both the Tieguanyin and Oolong tea are refreshing and reasonably priced. Will be back for more.
Decent pricing and bubble tea where you can pick the type of tea inside. The flavour comes through. The pearls are a good texture
Unique offering of milk tea flavored soft serve. We tried the brown sugar storm and added pearls (on the side) and it tasted like a perfect bubble tea in ice cream format. Would recommend.
The lady working there is really nice and the service is really good. Very good place to bubble tea if ur on a budget

Shiny Tea is absolutely excellent. The drinks are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced not too sweet and very refreshing. You can really taste the quality in every sip. The service is friendly and efficient, and everything is made with care. The price is also really good if ur on a budget cheaper than chatime. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a consistently great bubble tea spot.
