Food -on one occassion, the food was still frozen when it was served and the second time, the container holding the sauce was not properly closed leaving the spill over. Service - Poor hygiene! The one who prepares the food is eating in the middle of the order and does not wash hands and uses the same gloves from the opening of the place.

Do NOT get the fried chicken, its just bones from the trimmings (neck bone/spine/carcass) that literally should be used for stock instead of being served to customers.California roll uses cucumber instead of avocado.I've never seen any business mess up california roll and fried chicken so bad.

Bento$10: I didn’t expect so many side dishes! The side dishes are quite delicious, but the seasoning of the meat is like pouring soy sauce directly from the jar and mixing it. It is not seasoned very much and is very salty: P But the side dishes are quite good.
