Expensive and lack of variety with multiple items on the menu not available. Worst part was YangChu Fried rice. It didn't come after 45 min after ordered. Worst was it's not "YangChu" fried rice as YangChu fried rice has ChaShu and Shrimp in them. This whatever fried rice they call YangChu fried rice came with fried SPAM. Cost about $30 a plate. Scam!

My favorite place to go for dinner, the fish and lobster are really fresh. Portion has been smaller to be honest, but the taste is good!

Dim Sum was very good. Service can improve. They pay special attention to ‘friends’ and ignore everyone else.
Parking: Extra spots on upstairs lot. Entrance ramp on Hazelbridge side (South)
Wheelchair accessibility: Should be no problem.

Food was good. Service and atmosphere were good but I have mixed feelings. The atmosphere felt high end. The positive experiences were the staff offering to change our messy/bone filled plates with clean ones and packing our leftovers for us instead of leaving it for ourselves to do. The reason why I have mixed feelings is because I felt like I was being judged when I had to finish securing my baby's new diaper.
Kid-friendliness: Not exactly baby friendly. This restaurant's restroom doesn't have a changing station. I was disappointed to see the spacious wheelchair stall not have a changing station installed. It was just a big empty wall. The whole place is decorated nicely but they didn't consider the accessibility for customers with babies, which made me feel less welcomed and probably deter me from returning. I also felt like I was getting stared at and judged by staff because I ended up having to finish securing my baby's diaper on the chairs in the eating area.

There were obviously a lot of empty seats and I was not asked to go in and sit down, but I was asked to sit down first. We were just two people and we didn't have a reservation. Why?

Food are very greasy. Food is soaked in the oil. Very unappetizing. Portions ar very small. Very pricy. Not worth the money with poor quality food and small portions. Wont come back again and dont recommend to anyone.

Here's the translation into English:
**Recommended by a friend who loves good traditional Chinese cuisine, especially seafood, we were not disappointed at all.** Here, we enjoyed the fine flavors of Hong Kong gastronomy: perfectly prepared lobsters, wonderfully crispy chicken, and richly flavorful soups. The staff is very attentive and responsive to the specific requests of the customers. The quality-price ratio is reasonable, making this dining experience truly enjoyable.

Reservation doesnt work here. We made a reservation but still waited for more than an hour to get a table.
Wow, what an experience! Just a friendly tip: make sure you speak Cantonese or English here, and maybe, just maybe, you’ll get the honor of being treated with a little more decency. We were so lucky to have made an appointment, only to be graced with an extra hour of waiting time. The way they treated us—let's just say, I've never felt so special being treated like trash.

Wall-in will be available soon, which is great! The food tastes good and the price is good, the environment is comfortable, and everything feels good, except for the fact that I was still eating before I left the store. I was traveling with a child and went to another traveler to ask a question, so I took the chair where the child was sitting. When I walked to another table, I was taken away without asking! A bit of a deduction.

A lot of the dishes were too sweet. The fried taro puff left a undesired coating of grease on my lips. The quail egg inside the sui mai was fully set as we expected the yolk to be runny. The har gaw only taste of shrimp and lacked any other seasonings. Also, there isn’t much shrimp filling which caused them to look deflated. The Dan tat was surprisingly pretty good as the custard was just set and the pastry was flakey. The dishes are priced the same as the higher end dim sum spots but lacked their quality. The restaurant was decorated beautifully and the table setting was nice. Overall, there are much better places around the city and this restaurant is definitely not worth it’s high price tag.
