The Xian steamed cold noodles is their signature dish. Noodles are made in the store and simply amazing ... fresh and soft chewy texture. I think it was the best noodles I ever had. It's served with cucumbers, bean sprouts, and comes with vinegar and chili oil.I also had the pork bun sandwich which is just okay. And the pickled cabbage beef noodle in hot soup is also excellent, which I had in a previous visit.
