Got the mango bingsu. The large is enough for two. Around $18-20 incl tip. During our visit, there's only one person doing everything - from serving, cashiering, to washing the dishes. :/

Bingsu was very tasty, and service was relatively fast as there’s only one person working both the till and making the food.

Mango bingsu is nicely portioned for what you pay for, but honeydew bingsu is much smaller than expected, and didn’t come with the Mellon “bowl” as pictured from the menu despite the higher price tag.

Will only be getting the mango bingsu next time.

T he young lady with the lip piercing was incredibly friendly and gave us exceptional service today. The mango cheesecake was absolutely delicious, and her kindness made the whole experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again because of the excellent service.

HIRE MORE STAFF DAWG my family and I went to Snowy Village at around 9pm. There were not that many people in the store, but EVERYONE was waiting. There was only one guy taking orders and making the bingsu, and the poor guy looked so stressed but he was still super nice. We waited 1.5-2 hours for our strawberry bingsu, and it was REALLY good, but the wait time is just too long. It obviously takes a long time to make the dessert, so there should be at least two or more staff working at once to get orders done. Food was 5/5, but service is 1/5

Incredibly tasty. The mangos are perfectly ripe, sweet, and fresh. They have plenty of other flavor choices as well, including Strwaberry and Espresso flavors.

I love the amount. This watermelon was opened on the spot. I watched the clerk dig it out spoon by spoon. The freshness of the ingredients is really great~

This place was a complete disappointment, but the food (that we actually received) was good, we ordered 3 items a bingsoo dessert and Nutella taiyaki and cheese mochi and we only and we received the bingsoo pretty quick and understood that we would need to wait abit for the other 2 items, however it started getting busier and 20 mins went by and we finished our dessert and then there were a few tables that received there exact same items we had ordered before we did, so we waited patiently and then another table sat down and got their complete order with taiyaki before we did, so I politely asked for a refund and she said no we can make now, this is after 40 mins of waiting, and believe it or not there was another lady waiting longer than we were for a take out order, we finally got our refund but without the tip back (which was ok I guess) but zero apology. Another customer came up and thought that their order was ready but she gave it to another table that had just walked in! Albeit there was only 2 employees they were not doing very well, but instead of making orders they just kept taking them from people walking in and piling them up which didn’t make any sense whatsoever. This was a restaurant on Alexander rd which honestly seems pretty typical for this area.

Good food but holy cow does it take forever! Today was the breaking point when I ordered on Uber and watched the driver sit there for over an hour waiting on the pickup. Genuinely it's shaved ice it shouldn't take more than a few minutes. I've eaten in a few times and watch the employees on their phone with tons of orders needing to be filled.

Waited 40 mins for a small bingsoo and still wasn’t ready so left without anything and asked for a refund

Great place for special evening desert. Busy area after 8pm but some parkin left in the back of laundromat. The order we wanted was sold out so we had a different large Mango shaved ice! Never had thus before. Melts in your mouth!
