Always incredible, owners always ready to serve. Just a legend, I brought my grandmother there after her birthday lunch. We arrive over an hour before they open and they still served us. They didn't see even know we were celebrating. Cheers to the stop that always hits.
The desserts here was really tasty and I really enjoyed it. It was the perfect size and sweetness. Only 1 star just because I had to wait 40 minutes for 2 desserts, there were many others too. This isn't the workers fault I feel like the owner should hire a 3rd worker on a busy Saturday night, would otherwise be 5 stars for me.
goated bingsoo. massive portions for price
Excellent bingsu with fresh cut fruit!
I expected a watermelon shell but when it came out there were a few pieces of watermelon on top. This made me very disappointed because I paid 19 dollar for this expecting half of a shell. I was so surprised I had to ask where is the shell? Because all the advertising had a Watermelon shell and there was in fact an empty carved out shell just sitting on the counter.
The two young Asian girls working a night shift on 07/26/25 had no sense of urgency at all. When my girlfriend and I came in, there was only two people sitting down who had already ordered. Not busy at all. We had ordered one large mango bingo and there were two families that came in after us who got their food before us. We had asked to see if they’re making our order and they just straight up forgot. How do you forget with only two people in the store when we ordered? They were taking their sweet time, talking to each other, absolutely no urgency whatsoever. Two girls make me give this place a 1. Would give it a 0 if I could.
I hope they hire more staff.
Sometimes when we came, it’s one young guy doing everything by himself. He looks super stressed but still was very polite and efficient.
I hope the owner will consider hiring more employees.
It is not a good look on you when your shop is busy but you don’t have enough staff.
Food was great like always. Store was clean.
We went to this Richmond location today because it was so hot. The service was slow and the place was dirty, it needs some TLC. We had to clean our own table. I was afraid to go into the bathroom. The SNOWY VILLAGE sign was so full of dust I was afraid to go near it.
I came here on a Sunday long weekend and it was packed. Fortunately it only took 15 mins for a table.
I didn't know they had a cheese cake bingso, so I decided to give it a try.
The cheese cake bingso is good but not as memorable as the classic and popular mango bingso. But still, points for effort on creating a different item for the menu.
Service is excellent and the consistency on preparing the items are in par with other locations.
Price point is high, but if you want your moneys worth, definitely go for the mango bingso. Its classic. It's delicious.
So slow and only and only one worker
To much wait, don’t deserve the wait

mango and strawberry bingsoo was so nice and refreshing with fresh and seasonal fruit!
service was amazing , the girl was so sweet to us, the mango yogurt shaved&cheescake shaved was really good as well! def coming back!!
Got the mango bingsu. The large is enough for two. Around $18-20 incl tip. During our visit, there's only one person doing everything - from serving, cashiering, to washing the dishes. :/
Bingsu was very tasty, and service was relatively fast as there’s only one person working both the till and making the food.
Mango bingsu is nicely portioned for what you pay for, but honeydew bingsu is much smaller than expected, and didn’t come with the Mellon “bowl” as pictured from the menu despite the higher price tag.
Will only be getting the mango bingsu next time.
T he young lady with the lip piercing was incredibly friendly and gave us exceptional service today. The mango cheesecake was absolutely delicious, and her kindness made the whole experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again because of the excellent service.
