Called to order while I’m on my way, because I wanted to save time waiting, and was told by them that they don’t do preorders. But when I show up in the store, the staff was talking on the phone taking orders. Beside this, wait time is ridiculously long. Waited more than 15 minutes after the order number before me took their orders. And I only ordered 2 drinks. And I’ve told them I’m in a hurry at the beginning. Will never come again.

My 5-star rating is solely for their fruit tea. I wouldn’t recommend the milk tea, but their seasonal fresh fruit tea is always as delicious as I remember. What really makes it special is that their preparation method is unique compared to other milk tea shops, which sets them apart. Even though the service and atmosphere are pretty average and nothing to write home about, I’ll keep returning for the fruit tea alone. It’s consistently refreshing, and the use of fresh, in-season fruits really makes a difference.

My go to place in Richmond for bubble tea. Great refreshing drinks and friendly staff. Keep in mind they are cash or debit only. I highly recommend the grapefruit or grape tea with sakura konjac jelly. The konjac jelly is a great alternative to traditional pearls as its just as chewy.

Let's go to the one in Burnaby.The last few times I've been there, the guy at the front desk with short hair and thinness (she must be a woman?) has a terrible attitude. The food is still as good as ever, but hiring this kind of employee will lead to bankruptcy sooner or later.
