My go to place in Richmond for bubble tea. Great refreshing drinks and friendly staff. Keep in mind they are cash or debit only. I highly recommend the grapefruit or grape tea with sakura konjac jelly. The konjac jelly is a great alternative to traditional pearls as its just as chewy.

Let's go to the one in Burnaby.The last few times I've been there, the guy at the front desk with short hair and thinness (she must be a woman?) has a terrible attitude. The food is still as good as ever, but hiring this kind of employee will lead to bankruptcy sooner or later.

We come up to Richmond once a year from Seattle and Song Tea is our favorite bubble tea spot! Their peach tea is definitely my go-to drink. I can confidently say that Song Tea is the only place where I can order the peach green tea with REAL white peach bits in it and the tea and everything altogether tastes super refreshing! I've order peach teas from other places and 100% of the time it's some tea with a butt load of fructose syrup mixed in it. I can also attest all of their other drinks on the menu are absolutely delicious and of high quality as well. Staff was super friendly. We had just arrived from driving up from Seattle and they were still opening and getting set up but still was super friendly and serviced us. One of the workers helped change out my 5lb bag of Canadian coins into bills since I was so overwhelmed. Very kind, thank you so much.

The drink is alright but the music they played was so loud that I didn’t enjoy a single second inside. Also, I used English to order my drink but the staff couldn’t understand me while I don’t know any other languages to communicate with them.

I was in the area and decided to try their durian fresh milk. I enjoyed my drink and the authentic durian flavor (unlike some other places I've tried which only use an extract for flavoring). It also had a light floral aftertaste which I thought was nice. This is the priciest drink I paid for during my trip, ringing up at over $9. Make sure to bring cash, because it's the only form of payment they accept. I liked my drink enough to come back and try some of their other unique drinks, like the salted egg milkshake. I would avoid any common drinks that you can find elsewhere, because their prices run high. I don't get the aesthetics of this shop at all. Their logo and wall art is not cohesive. The wall art seems to have no sense of proportion or dimension and the uneven painting makes it look cheap and tacky. The decor makes the high drink prices even tougher to justify.

I ask for a milk tea, they said they were out of the ingredients, no black tea, understandable due to the supplier shortage, had to choose something else instead. No worries.The attitude of the staffs like "OK", "whatever", "you want or you don't want", idk maybe they had a bad day.Got the drinks, nothing too stand out that makes me "stop by just for that drink" feel. I love bubble tea, this place is amazing. I feel a saw that it is one of the most greatest place to get bubble tea from because they make it to your needs. It’s not too sweet it’s not bitter they use cream which is creamy not watery. I totally endorse this place if you get a chance, check it out!

I guess when your drink is so good, you can do whatever you want lolI can definitely drink their tea every day!
