Waited an hour for our food, the meat was chewy and tough, the broth was watery, the service was so poor. The prices are outrageous for the quality and service. Maybe this restaurant was decent 4 years ago, but not now. Don't waste your time here.

The food was unclean and I had diarrhea after eating it?The service attitude was extremely poor. I didn’t know and thought I owed the waiter money... That’s outrageous. Don’t come here. Don't try the poison yourself.

What a weird place. They have a perfect spot, beautiful setting inside, but very slow service, half the stuff never arrives. Place is nearly empty and extremely warm because no AC. From the outside you'd never guess what's in. It has so much potential, it's disappointing :(

I went there with my friends, we ordered after call the waiter there for 15mins he didn’t come to our table and the guy lost our order paper and we have to wait for 1h30 mins without any food! So disappointed and angry! They didn’t care about our table didn’t serve us! Very unhappy and never comeback again! Disrespectful

The skewers were really nice flavored. The lamb was the MVP of the night! Speechless! The corn was seasoned by spicy powder but still can taste the sweetness. The garlic cabbage, oh man that’s exactly what I want! Awesome!

The service was terrible. We had to wait for almost one and half hours but we just received some pops. They literally didn’t care about us. Also, the place to get sauces was really dirty and the sauces were disgusting. We were so disappointed. Bad experience and never come back!

This is not real Sichuan hotpot. It is Cantonese style hotpot that has no spice but only red chill pepper in the broth. I got fooled by the name Spice World, which is a very popular hotpot place in Sichuan. Not going back again.

Great find! I was so happy to find this! The waiter was also so very kind to help walk us through what to order, how to cook it ( hot pot is a stove on your table where you cook your soup(s) ....wonton mmmmm, and my favourite red bean bun desert to finish. If you want good Chinese food and good service go there!

guys tbh this hot pot place pretty good. i like the udon its nice and chewy. the spam was ok it was kinda a mix of sausage and spam interesting. not very much people. have good drinks. warning dont wear white while having the tomato soup might stain. overall pretty good place??

Would not recommend. Food is average, kinda pricey and service is terrible. Five of my friends and I arrived there at around 8.20pm. The ambience is good and looks pretty fancy. We ordered 2 Dry Hotpot ($26/hotpot) at around 8.35pm, and during that 15 minutes interval, we had to call for the server twice to take the order. Then, we waited for ONE HOUR for the food to come out and every time we asked the server when it was going to come out, they only said “already start cooking”. And when the food arrived, the portions that they said were shareable were actually so small, it could only fill up 2-3 people.Truly disappointing, don’t listen to these paid reviews like we did.

Hotpot? Bbq? Can't decide? Well this is the place for you as they have it all! Gotta try it at least once! The food is sooo good. Service is excellent and they have a great selection of sake and other spirits as well. I'll be back plenty more times.

The food was decent, but service was not good. Hadn't been here or had hot pot before, and I had let the server know. Food took forever and he didn't even mention a table filled with sauces, that should be used with the meat. I only saw this as I was standing at the counter waiting to pay.

Worst food I have ever eaten. Ordered the spicy seafood hot pot no seafood at all. I have the worst after taste in my mouth. Ordered a piece of lamb was the tiniest piece I have ever seen for 7 dollars not worth it. Save your money the food is awful. I’m serious don’t order from here. You will regret it, a piece of lamb and hot pot for 49 dollars. Total rip off
