This was a while ago, but I wasn’t sure if I should try the Oleato oat latte when it was new. The cashier Amy was very friendly and honest, admitting it’s not her favourite but many people have been returning to order it. I ordered it to try, but she comped it seeing my hesitation about the price and the olive oil! (This was probably an approved action across SB to promote the drink, but was really nice of her!).This location always get super busy during rush hours but they do a great job keeping up, remaining polite. One time they forgot to heat up my food and I was hesitant going back due to the crowd, but they did it for me right away and was nice about it.

Swung by Starbucks in Richmond Centre, and let me tell ya, it's my new chill spot. The atmosphere's dope, and the crew is mad friendly, especially the redhead holding it down at the checkout. Their vibes are like an extra shot of positivity in my cup of joe. Starbucks ain't just about the coffee grind; it's about the peeps, and this crew, especially the standout redhead, is crushing it. I'm a regular customer of this store. I don't have any problem with my order. Staff always show their dedication. Keep up the good work. ??I just want to highlight something regarding Remembrance Day. When I made a purchase, i saw a poppy donation box on the counter. Just my suggestion, it would be good if all staff were wearing the poppy in honour of veterans on Remembrance Day.

Ordered a decaf latte, the cashier guy murmured flat white when entering my order to the system, I didn’t know what’s that and repeated my order as decaf latte, he said yes decaf no worries. When I receive the drink, it says flat white on label, and thanks for the barista lady nicely explained what flat white is. I decided to give it a try and I didn’t ask for them to remake my order, but this cashier today, you do need to give up this passion that you choose what to order for your customers.Flat white and latte are two distinct items on their menu, so I don’t know how he came up with this idea to order this special drink for us, I hope it’s just a STUPID mistake. If it’s not, come talk to us.STARBUCKS, hire your staff WISELY, don’t order random things for your customers, it’s funny but ruining your location’s reputation unless you don’t care.
