A decent Starbucks store with heaters on the front terrace in case u would like to enjoy a hot coffee outside :). Is just that the staffs were a lil mean, but understandable.

Me-time on a busy day is like milk in coffee even a little changes a lot, enjoying the moment to stay calm and keep the grumpiness away.
Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day.

This location is less busy and has parking.
Staff is friendly but they need to pay more attention whwn cleaning tables. The drive thru is much slower from experience but otherwise it is one of the better location in Richmond for some downtime and standard what you get at Starbucks.

Disappointing service at the drive-thru. One staff member provided decent service, but the rest of the team, including Ashlee, were unhelpful and unprofessional. Customer service should be a priority—we choose to spend our money here, and that deserves basic courtesy in return. Management should address this.

Drive through lane was empty and as we were in a hurry, we took it. Took quite a few minutes to get her food orders. We didn’t look at the food until we drove away. The hammer croissant was burnt. The wrap was hot on the ends, but cold in the middle. Your staff needs to start doing quality checks on the food rather than distracting each other from their tasks. Disappointing Starbucks experience.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a traveller pack to go on the mobile app. App said order is ready but it was not when I went inside to pick it up. Which I’m fine with and I waited on the side. After 5 minutes I approached staff to ask about my order which triggered a staff member to lecture me about ordering etiquette. She implied it was my fault the order is not ready because people usually phone in ahead to order. I find it absurd that she expects people to ignore the mobile app ordering service and to call the store instead. Sounds like she was making excuses for poor work flows and inefficiency in the store. I told her I am ordering ahead of time by using the mobile app and she was unapologetic and defensive about the app not being accurate and as if I should already know this.

I walked in the washroom and see this and there’s pee on the flier and it looks like it’s been there for ages and everywhere is dirty no one cleans the bathroom one of the worse Starbucks ever

Ordered a custom drink online—cup was only half full. Asked for more soy milk, staff added it grudgingly. When I asked who made the drink, she refused to answer and hid behind “I’m the supervisor “.
