I visited your store 17 aug. I had ordered a different size drink and noticed I was charged more. When I politely asked about the price, the staff member responded by saying, “i think richmond is more expensive rather then surrey.
I found this remark to be discriminatory and racially insensitive. I was only asking about the price, but the comment made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable.
I believe every customer should be treated fairly, without assumptions or prejudice. Please investigate this matter and take appropriate action.please this video
Like any Starbucks it’s busy. But service is good and prompt. Drinks were made right.

Great place for late night flight waiting. If you want to find a place to stay for late flight. It close at 10 pm and they have free coffee refill that can keep you energized and ready to get back home or departing for your dream vacation.
From Starbuck to airport it's only CAD 11 by Lyft. No worries walking late night and just hopping on a car and you will arrive at international departure in 8mins.
They have seats outside too. Very convenient. This is also the reason I like Starbuck so much.
There are ourlet so you can keep your computer and cellphone always fully charged for the flight.

Apparently the CEO recently changed and won’t let them fill Starbucks cups with water anymore unless you make a purchase… funnily enough they don’t even have any water bottles for sale!!!
