ordered two matcha latte and one pistachiolatte on the app.when i arrived there is Only 1 matcha latter on the counter then 5mins later the pistachio latte comes. the recipe of the 2 matcha latte is totally the same. I got confused cz i think they might made it at the same time so i guess the might miss one or someone else took it . i asked a girl with short hair and glasses . She said“ i know there is too many order. just wait” then she walked away . i been waiting for another 10 mins then I asked others is turns the sticker of the second match latte was droped on the floor. this could be found when the first time i asked. the short hair stuff should check it instead of ignoring me .

My husband and I always come to this starbucks and they are always friendly, quick and polite. Very nice people work here. It's a busy starbucks and not very much seating is available. They have outdoor seating options which is nice in the summer.
Older Asian guy name Yoshiton is very aggressive when I asked him if he stirred my coffee or not, he is like is there a problem? I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for about 5 years and usually don't leave reviews like this, but I'm leaving a review because I've felt for a long time that things haven't improved. I order iced Americano all the time at this Starbucks, but the amount of water in the coffee varies depending on who makes it, so the taste of the coffee is often too bland. Sometimes, the amount of water was too much that you could hardly taste the coffee. It's good on the weekdays, but this happens especially on weekends. This is really disappointing. There is reasonable doubt as to whether the staff has been adequately trained on coffee. I hope it improves.

Super convenient location if you're going to Richmond. The drive-through is great if you're in a rush although the lines can build up at peak times. The staff are very friendly here and the coffee and food is consistent with just about any other Starbucks I've been to.
