Worst Starbucks ever!! 7.17 just like a 3 dollar coffee taste

"I recently visited this Starbucks location and was disappointed to find that they don't provide restroom facilities for their customers. As a customer, I found it very inconvenient to have to go into the River Rock Casino Resort or go all the way up to the third-floor restaurant just to use the bathroom. It's surprising that they have a restaurant but don't allow their customers to use it ¹.

The lack of amenities like restrooms makes me hesitant to visit this location again. I hope they consider adding this basic facility to improve customer experience

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks in my experiences. (I’ve been many Starbucks in many other countries.)
On Oct. 14th. I tried to use the washroom before order coffee, but it was locked. One of staff said they let me in after ordering. Wow…just like Paris!
I ordered a tall coffee first, but they gave me grande coffee. Then, I showed my Starbucks App for collecting my points, but they refused to scan it because this Starbucks place doesn’t do that.
Starbucks is franchise all over the world. Only this place doesn’t let customers collect points??? These staffs made me uncomfortable and were rude through their speaking and behaviour. Where is the service mind??!!

I enjoy this location alot due to its location , service is good , lots of seating areas inside the coffee shop and outside in the lobby here . Thier are plugs outlets for charging your electronics here.

I went to this Starbucks for iced coffee with my friend. I placed order and was told that they will charge extra for using credit card. my friend asked to use the washroom. The staff said it's only for customers. I told her she's my friend and I just ordered. She then waited a minute or 2 to open the washroom door for my friend.
She poured the ice coffee from the pitcher which was only enough for not only half of the cup. She looked through 2 fridges and the back and came back with nothing. She then filled the rest of the cup with ice and handed to me. I said oh that was a lot of ice and she just smirk and said nothing.
This is the worst Starbucks experience I had. Avoid this place!!!

Rude behavior by girl staff on 26 May at around 4 30 PM. I am a regular at Starbucks, and I didn't have a memorable experience at this one.

I ordered a new lemonade refresher today and when I tried it, it was way too sweet. I couldn’t drink it. So I asked a staff member if I can get this replaced with something else. They actually said yes and asked what I’d like so I said an iced latte. She ended going and getting the supervisor or the manager instead. They came over and I explained again. They told me that they couldn’t give me anything else because I “didn’t ask to sample it” (which doesn’t even make sense) but they can add water to my drink to make it less sweet. So I agreed to them adding more water. I take another sip after the water is added and it’s still overly sweet. It’s still undrinkable for my taste. I told them it’s still too sweet and they refused to do anything else for me. So I left the drink on the counter and walked out. I paid $7 for that drink and I’m just shocked they couldn’t just make me something else that was the same value. That was very poor customer service. It’s not like I drank half the drink and was demanding something else. There was literally a couple sips taken from it. It was a full drink.
