Supposedly this is the iced Lavender Cream Oat Matcha Latte. Made by Robin. Asked him if there is the lavender foam and he said “yeah it’s in there”. Not sure if this curdled milk should be the foam

Just now, around 1545H, I was waiting at the store for my online order, wondering why it was taking so long then I asked one of the staff (I forgot his name, but he’s young tall, white, with curly hair and cute), and he helped me realize I was actually at the wrong Starbucks. 😅
Just as I was about to leave, he kindly asked what I had ordered and went out of his way to make it for me anyway.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service at this location. We ordered three Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos that barely had any whipped cream, caramel, or crunch. My sister and I looked at each other and instantly agreed—it was super underwhelming.
We politely expressed this to the barista, Tiffany, who responded short, saying, “Do you want more?” I said yes, and she squeezed some whipped cream through the lid—but still no caramel or crunch. When I brought that up, she raised her voice and snapped, “Okay so do you want me to remake it or what?”
After that, all the baristas started giving us attitude. One guy even came over and snatched the original drinks away from us like we were trying to scam them or something. We clearly didn’t want those anymore, so why act like we were trying to get both sets of drinks? It was honestly just ridiculous.
