It's a shame that Starbucks used to be a place for people to gather and enjoy the company of others, or come to relax or focus on getting work or school projects completed on their notebooks ... Now, Starbucks is so focused on online orders and bringing people in to push them straight out again, very little interaction from the baristas, no hello to welcome you into the cafe, barely a word spoken to you, not a single barista saying thank you. You cant even sit down anymore at a table to enjoy your coffee in glass mug or cup anymore. Such a shame. I used to work here so I know the level of customer first focus Starbucks had. I actually won an award as a Starbucks District Partner of the fiscal quarter in Q3 of 2004 because of my customer service approach and attention to detail. And Starbucks, whatever you are doing now, is definitely not it.

I don’t know about the other reviews but today when I went, me and my brother asked for a cup of ice water and the man had such a bad attitude and rolled his eyes at my brother and I asked for no whip cream and of course they had to get it wrong and they didn’t even remake it, just scooped it off and gave it to me.

I would happily give 5/5 stars were it not for the utterly bland, tasteless egg, sausage and cheddar sandwich! After the 2nd bite, I was beyond disappointed. Completely frustrated with myself for not having just gone across the street to get a sausage & egg McMuffin from McDonald's in the first place! #Starbucks Please Please Please seriously consider changing your sandwiches! Your coffees & drinks are so tasty!!! Why on Earth are your sandwiches created for those with no taste buds????

Overall I come here to get a coffee on my way into Richmond. Not sure what happened with the barista I barely took extra time to end a conversation with someone I bumped into. There was no one behind me. Rosie sighs, gives me a dirty look, and rolls her eyes speaking hostile. Is it due to my race or being disabled? First time at any Starbucks or other fast food chain that I am treated like that.

Most unwelcoming atmosphere I experienced today evening.The guy working there didn’t even bother to tell us or call my name that my order is ready. After sometime when I realized that order is taking too long. I found that my order has been simply kept at side of counter and he was busy doing his own stuff. (Not attending any customers). Even my chai tea latte was cold by the time.
If any manger reads it -my order was chai latte and dragon fruit a-tall size-time of order around 6:30pm Aug6,2024.
