Starbucks

A Starbucks which cannot make a warm drink, what a joke. They don't have cold foam, holiday drinks and theme cups, even labels, so how can you make the customize drink accurate? This is not a standard Starbucks, go somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars, I wouldn't give 1 star. I have never seen a Starbucks worse than this one! I ordered a warm drink and didn't say it couldn't be made warm when placing the order. What I received was so hot that the first bite burned my tongue. Then I went to the store clerk, and a male clerk said he couldn't make warm drinks, but I had ordered them at another store before. If it is not possible to make warm food, please inform us when placing the order, so that customers will not accidentally get burned. Even their cups don't have labels on them.

It’s not a standard one. The service is very bad! We usually go to Starbucks not just for the coffee but also for the very friendly service. Please avoid at all costs if you are in a rush or you would like to have a coffee to make your day good.

Great Coffee . A Grande latte with two extra shots is ten bucks after a tip .. unbelievably I used to go here every day . No wonder I'm not a millionaire now , lol . I didn't mean to say that the service was a three . I hit it accidentally and couldn't get it back . The service was great . However I'm still lamenting the ten bucks .

Slow! If you’re in a rush, go elsewhere

I have gone to this location in the past and it was not like typical Starbucks. It's been a while and since, they have improved significantly. I think they have a new kiosk manager?

I asked for the unicorn Frappicino and they slapped a cone on a horse and blended it

Simply put, it's an average 'Safeway Starbucks', which to prior experiences means that it is a below average Starbucks. Staff here seems overall less-trained than at other Starbucks franchises, and consistently overcharge for the drinks so make sure you check before paying. Be prepared to wait extra time even if there's no line.

Everybody is friendly and nice and service is quick.
