Always too crowded, however at cash point the barista was not trained well. She was still unclear about ice no or less ice. Just be very careful while placing order.

One of the busiest SB in lower mainland (on the weekends) but the staff will greet, serve and service guests with a smiling face!

Our favorites are a round of tall Chai Lattes ( Xtra hot), banana bread and lemon loafs. Maybe additional quenched or simple RISE juice bottle!

My daughter brought me a Frappuccino at this location. She asked if there was a Frappuccino with espresso, and under the barista’s suggestion, she paid nearly 10 dollars for a very small drink that turned out disappointing. The drink had no Frappuccino texture, had no ice blended consistency, and tasted overly sweet and heavy. Despite adding two shots of espresso, there was almost no espresso flavor. When I expressed my disappointment about the coffee, the barista pretended not understanding, and gives no solution to solve this problem. It totally ruined my morning.

I ordered my drink hours ago. It was a blended Summer Skies. I used to love this store but these few months, their food quality is becoming so bad. I got my order and it tasted like water and it looks really pale so I asked the barista about it. She said its because its blended, but I know its not how its supposed to taste like. They remake my drink but I can hear them whispering about it. The Barista making my drink even blended a summer berry lemonade, she realized she was wrong so she made again. I got so pissed because who on earth measure a blended refresher using the grande cup like a latte and add a splash of coconut milk in it and a few ice cubes just because I asked them for more base and less ice? They did it below standard, I was served with a bubbly refresher. I cant believe these Baristas were trained like this. I hope the management re-train their employees on the standards of making a drink. This is so unacceptable paying $4.++ for a drink that looks like got played. Disappointing. 👎🏻
