Saw food flies on the displayed food. I told the worker about that and she acted pretty chill also her reply was this food is just for display its okayy.

Got my order wrong three times apparently the associate didn’t knew what “oatmeal” was, had to repeat my order 2 times and point out on at the box to show her what I wanted then she messed it up. I asked for milk instead of water and she put water inside. Then I asked another person to correct it and she messed up again another associate put freezing cold milk in oats. Do they don’t know what oatmeal is or how is it made? It’s suppose to be hot how is it cold like ice? Also there are a lot small flies in the store.

“I visited today and had a terrible experience with an employee named Mira. She didn’t give me my full order, and when I told her I had another item, she insisted I wait in line again—even though I had already ordered. Once she realized I was right, she deliberately delayed my order while serving other customers first. Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional.”

The best Starbucks by far. The team are so efficient but their customer service is amazing. The entire team most especially the ones at the front never fails to smile and greet upon coming in. We do love our neighbor. We look forward to our orders every day.Team

Is super sad that I was a employee inside the mall and when I go line up and ask for ice there is a Korean girl looking super rude and say u have to order a drink or something to able to go with it. At first I don’t get her cuz we always come and line up once a while for cup of ice and she start saying that I have to order something to get ice even I bring my own cup with it and line up ! When does this happen 😿 we are all working in the mall I know this is not an excuse but we only go once a while l….

I ordered a latte, but unfortunately, the lid wasn't secured properly, causing the drink to spill all over me. When I went to the counter to grab some tissue and mentioned to a staff member that the lid wasn't capped correctly, she looked up at me briefly and then went back to what she was doing without offering any assistance. As I continued cleaning myself, a male staff member finally asked "can I help you?". I explained what had happened, and his response was a simple 'Oh, sorry.' I was left to clean up the mess on my own, with half of my drink spilled out, feeling quite disappointed with the lack of support.

I visited this Starbucks yesterday and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a drink at room temperature, not cold, but Ethan, who took my order, was extremely rude in his tone and did not give me what I asked for. I’m willing to pay extra for quality service, not just for a drink paired with poor treatment.

A few minutes later, I noticed Ethan playing around with the kitchen tongs, goofing off, even though the store was very busy. It’s unfair to see the staff at the front working hard while someone is slacking off and not taking their responsibilities seriously. There are far more professional and courteous people who truly deserve this job.

I am a Starbucks customer. I bought coffee at this location, and the quality was not good. The coffee tasted watered down and The coffee tasted like water.

The barista Elena was just absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t stop stealing a look! Despite being busy, she took the time to give me a smile and even drew a heart on my cup. Totally made my day. This starbucks is located in a designer outlet which befits the brand. It’s understandable that there may be times when it may take awhile for my drinks to be made. Even under immense pressure from the seemingly endless hoard of customers, the workers seems to push through and clearly loves their job. 69/10 would recommend.

First off, this isn't a complaint against the staff who were doing their best in a challenging situation. Kudos to them.

My issue is with the fact that a busy store such as theirs is under-staffed and has not enough machines/area to service such a large demand during traffic spikes.

The service which Starbucks is known for was not there today and very disappointed by it - especially as my wife, who is 9 months pregnant, had to wait outside and sit down for almost a whole hour. We ordered at 3:36PM and didnt come out with our drinks until 4:26PM.

Very disappointed and will be cautious to come to this location again.
