i am order a venti chai latte to karleen and gives wrong drink and when ask for replace she carry lot of attitude and so sense of talking to anyone everyone be careful at the time when order to karleen thank you this is first time when this happen at starbucks .

order took 20 minutes to make. When the order was completed, staff did not call my name nor note that it’s completed in the starbucks app. The employees are lazy and management needs to check in on them for skipping steps.

Today evening I went there. A guy took my order he was nice and understood my order very well however there was girl who was making the drinks, as soon as she saw my order her face expressions were very bad even infront of me. She was looking towards her co-worker as she was not happy to see my order. I asked extra hot coffee but she gave me the coldest coffee than regular. I don’t know why she did not understood my order. She was very disrespectful. I called her 3 times when she was done with my order to ask for honey but she ignored me and after that I said thanks for the honey she ignored me again and gave me weird look. It was not worth to pay for coffee because I had to garbage my coffees.

Great experience one of the best Starbucks around the area. The Frappuccino is perfect a good snack and drink from a long shopping day. De Americano coffee is one of the best. Also, I will suggest you pick a seat, please, and then lineup for your drink otherwise it would be too late. You may also try to move order to avoid line. I hope this one stay.
