Poor service and one short hair female staff is very rude!

Probably the worse starbucks location i've ever been. There's never a smile from the staff..it's a blessing if they don't roll their eyes at you. I am lactose kntolerant so I ordered the nondairy cold foam..i watched them make it with the regular cold foam so i walked to the barista and asked them to make sure it's nondairy and i get immediate attitude. She rinses the blender for like half a second and there's still the dairy cold foam in it and i told her it's not rinsed properly and she completely ignores me and continues to use the dirty blender. Another time she looked at my order and made comments on how it's too sweet and laughed out loud with another barista..i will never ever spend my money there and i suggest you don't either.

I don’t Even want to give one Start. NINA she is worse Starbuck employee I ever saw she didn’t give me a cup of water free. She said Starbucks have been changed so you have to buy something to get a glass of water.

What a terrible store. The guy at the front counter looked miserable the whole time and didn’t say a single word so rude. I honestly thought I wasn’t in Canada anymore. I’ll never go back to this Starbucks location

Nina has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in any starbucks. She was leaning on the counter and watching other staffs doing jobs and treating customers in a rude way.

The location food and atmosphere is on par with other locations, but the service is very slow. If you're in a hurry go someplace else.

Ask for a cup of iced water and they said no to me and I said I like to pay for it and still says they can’t do that and that I have to buy a coffee to be able to buy a water cup. Very ridiculous Asian management! Will seek revenge once she is off work.

Probably the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had. Walking into this Starbucks felt less like ordering coffee and more like interrupting a funeral. I’m not sure if they were serving lattes or life sentences, but either way, nobody looked happy about it. The entire staff looked like they were forced to be there—no smiles, no greetings, just lifeless stares. The service was so cold and unwelcoming that it somehow made my coffee taste extra sour and bitter.

If you don’t care about customer service, by all means, go for it. But if you don’t want to start your day with bad vibes, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
