I wouldn't order from here, their staff will forget half your order and when you call to get it fixed, they won't take any ownership of it and just make you buy another $15 worth of product to get the order corrected. Super disappointed. Giving an extra star since at least they answered the phone. Recommend ordering from a different location.

My favorite morning coffee stop. Sadly is closing on Sept 27th 2025. Kind and friendly service from this location for years, lots of regulars, they knew everyone's names. Sad to see it close. Unfair to the employees who were all fired without any advanced warning. Starbucks will lose my business for good.

Great Food and excellent atmosphere and services. There’s an only barista who’s called JESSICA is not a helpful barista. All the baristas are helpful except her. I always bring my thermoses and order venti but my thermoses are not large enough to fit a venti size therefore all the baristas always help me out with that and share the coffee in my thermoses except JESSICA. I got coffee the day before yesterday and that was my second experience being bothered by JESSICA. It would be very appreciated if someone talks to her and makes her understand to treat the customers better. Thank you.

I often order coffee from Starbucks, but the one at this branch and Bridgeport Rd branch tastes like plain milk. Why would somebody order a chai tea latte just to have a cup of milk with no sugar or coffee in it?
