I often order coffee from Starbucks, but the one at this branch and Bridgeport Rd branch tastes like plain milk. Why would somebody order a chai tea latte just to have a cup of milk with no sugar or coffee in it?

I love this location as it is not very busy in the morning. They have plenty of seating inside and a few outside. The baristas are very accomodating and pleasant.
Quick, smooth great service. Love their Well juice as it’s a healthy and tasty way to hydrate.

I was able to get what I wanted from this Starbucks location which made me super happy because all the other locations in Richmond didn't have anymore of the heart shaped sugar cookies (addictive!)! I bought all they had left! They made my drink right as well so it was all good ?
