I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Two staff members—a female employee and a male employee—both of them are Caucasian, were unprofessional, dismissive, and showed a clear lack of respect toward Asian customers. When I attempted to correct an order issue, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. Pretend she does not understand me to cover her unprofessional service and mistake!

This behavior is unacceptable. Customer service should be respectful, inclusive, and professional at all times. What I experienced felt discriminatory and made me very uncomfortable as a customer. I never had this experience before as years Starbucks valuable customer!

Starbucks has built its reputation on customer care and inclusivity. Incidents like this seriously damage that image. Employees who do not respect customers or who display biased behavior should not represent the brand.

Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I sincerely hope Starbucks takes this matter seriously and improves staff training and accountability to prevent this from happening again.

Slowest service ever in my life..I just walked out..Ill never come back if im in a rush..but if you are the type that has a table and are planning to sit at that table for hours then sure come here and order cause you'll have to wait at least 12.5 to 18 mins for a latte or 30 depending how many people are in line.

The Iced Mocha was well-executed, with a balanced combination of rich espresso and chocolate. The sweetness was not overpowering, allowing the coffee’s natural bitterness to shine through. The drink was smooth and refreshing.

The Cheese Danish was equally satisfying. The pastry was light and flaky, with a buttery aroma that complemented the creamy, slightly tangy cheese filling.

Truth Travel

Haven't come for over year. Place was so drity. Tables not cleaned. Napkins on the floor. Both washrooms had no toilet paper. Lady at the till gave terrible customer service. No eye contact. Came March 25th around 310pm

I’ve been living this community for over ten years and have always liked this location. I understand that the holidays can be busy, and while some staff members can be a bit arrogant at times, I’ve never had any complaints about the coffee—until yesterday.
For the first time, I received a Starbucks coffee that was completely unacceptable. Both my daughter and I could not believe that what we got was what we ordered. We asked for reduced sugar, yet both drinks were still super duper sweet. We also requested a milk change, but that wasn’t done either. On top of that, my mobile order was left unprocessed for 30 minutes. I could see that it had been received, but no one worked on it. I wasn’t the only one—many other customers in the store were experiencing the same issue. This place has completely changed.
