Ordered 1 latte which took 30 mins to arrive. If it was going to take so long I would have appreciated a heads up while ordering. Definitely not returning to this location again.
I have been going to this location from last couple of months. They greet me with such a charming smile & my order is always ready ahead of time as I often do mobile app orders. Staff in here never disappointed me.

Ordered a Decaf Caramel Macchiato sub w/ coconut milk. I thought I tasted dairy milk, but looked at the label and it said Coconut Milk, so I drank it. 5 hours later, upset stomach and using the toilet. It sucks when you can't trust workers to FULLY read the order that came in before making rather than look at the name and think they have the recipe memorized. Don't know what to say to warn anyone, but maybe ask the barrista that made it not the window person if your order is correct

went to starbucks in ironwood, bought a coffee/food,no one tells me, we cannot sit in the store, but people are people sitting? a employee comes up to me and says cant sit here, store is short staffed,but someone else sits down and i ask the employee taking out the trash why? i tell her that someone sat down and so were others,kind of a lame excuse, she says we are not discriminating....... i left,wont go back ever!

Waited about 20 minutes for a mobile order. The staff did call out orders that were being made. The combination of drive through, walk in-s and mobile orders was too much for this little store setup. Had I known it would take thos long I would not have ordered in the first place. Please include a cancel button in the app.
Also the staffing arrangement seemed off, all staff members were quite busy except the person taking in-store orders.

Very nice place, pumpkin-friendly. The staff was really nice and inclusive with the pumpkins. The food was nice and the new autumn drinks really tasty. You should definitely bring your pumpkins here. My pumpkins had a really good time.

Worst customer service ever, you can literally stand there and be ignored. Tables are disgusting and not cleaned at all.If this is what you want, then this is your place !

Last 2 times I’ve been through early morning drive thru at 630am service is slow. The line ups during drive thru have been slower than usual. The attendant at drive thru does the bare minimum and gives no cutlery or napkins when food is ordered. I’ve seen the workers wipe the top of my cup with their hands which is completely unnecessary and unsanitary. If you go into the store, service is quite good but I’ve noticed service goes down when you hit the drive thru.
