I order with light ice, got it 3/4 filled up with ice (picture attached). When asked if this was really a light ice, the girl replied with a yes. Light ice usually is half or even less thn half cup of ice.

I don't remember her name but she has purple hair which made me remember her more since she was really friendly and was always smiling, she made sure that I got my drink on time while making sure to serve other people. Though there was a staff that was standing around and seems like was doing nothing while the other girl was doing everything. Food was okay and the service was incredible, though I came during the night which seems slow but when I come during the morning to get my coffee it usually takes 10-15 minutes to get it which was odd since its suppose to be faster in the morning. Recommend going to other cafes to get your coffee when you're in a rush

This location has incredible customer service. The manager and assistant manager were extremely helpful and assisted me when I had a missing pound of coffee. The vibe has amazing music like Frank Sinatra. Lots of parking, patio space and easy access from the highway. Great for client meetings.

Don't waste your precious coffee money here. 85% of the time they get my drinks wrong. I don't know why I keep having faith in these dudes here. Not impressed, I'll just be going to Tim Hortons across the lot next time. Like why give me half-decaf, I asked for four shots of espresso - that's sacrilege. How disappointing.

The barista who served me was great, but one of the staff was standing around having a social conversation with a couple of customers while the store was very busy leaving her colleague to do all the work. They were also blocking the access to the order pick-up. That's not a good look.
