Great location, great staff but today I did see some flys in display and for the 5th day oven not working also no points or gift card accepted that minor , great people great location but need a little more attention…everything els great 👍🏼

Used to love coming here. But now there’s a lady today that ruined my experience. She did not add enough sugar in my drink and when I asked for sugar to be added, she did not understand and was saying she already added sugar and needed me to repeat myself several times. I also added for no ice but she gave me extra ice. I gave tip too… she does not pay attention and is rough. She also did not tighten the lid for a hot drink for a gentlemen behind me, causing the hot drink to spill over him. Bad service from this Asian lady. I came on Sunday May 21 1:00 PM

It had been a couple of months since I’d patronized a Starbucks; however, thanks to a flight cancellation and comped room courtesy of Pacific Coastal Airlines, I was able to satisfy a sudden craving at the Sheraton hotel in Richmond. Thus, I made my way to the Starbucks in the lobby – less than an hour before closing time – and ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino for myself and a Peppermint Mocha for my dear grandmother. The lone barista was courteous and friendly in contrast to what some of the earlier reviews state. The best part, though? My Java Chip looked AND tasted like the ones I fell in love with over a decade ago: It was smooth, creamy, moderately thick and actually tasted chocolaty. Indeed, that might sound like a silly thing to say, but, up until now, I hadn’t ordered a Java Chip since the end of 2019. Why? Because every time I’d order it, the beverage would be loose, watery and taste overly milky. In short, the Java Chip at this unit of Starbucks was executed properly and was thus oh so delicious! My grandmother, likewise, enjoyed her Peppermint Mocha . . . tis the season, after all! I’d be remiss if I failed to briefly mention the space: This Starbucks features a small seating area – mostly small tables with enough room for two patrons each. We are in a hotel, after all, so I doubt many people linger around here. Nevertheless, it’s comfortable enough should you wish to do so. FOOD: 4/5 SERVICE: 4/5 VALUE: 4/5 RECOMMENDATION: If you’re staying at the Sheraton and want some java joy or a light snack, this Starbucks has you covered.
