Every time I order a drink from THIS Starbucks, itās always a hit or miss and today itās the BIGGEST MISS EVER. How do you forget the main point of the drink, espresso. This drink just tastes like sugary milk, which is not what I paid for.

I was disappointed with my mobile order. The matcha is incredibly weak and lacks the characteristic earthiness I expected. Additionally, the powder does not dissolve well; I ended up a couple large, unmixed clumps at the bottom of my cup.

this starbucks is goodā¦. but sometimes they completely ignore mobile orders for 20+ minutes. I never bring it up unless iāve been waiting for 15 minutes but pretty much every time i mobile order it takes a really really long time. I understand that they may be busy, but i see more people coming in and ordering and getting their drinks even before theyāve started mine when i ordered 10 minutes in advance.

Iāve ordered many protein lattes from Starbucks and have learned that they are supposed to cut their protein milk with 2% to prevent the milk from ācurdlingā/thickening up to a point where it is not drinkable - ordered one from this location for the first time and upon taking a sip after driving away, I noticed it was chunky and curdled. Drove back to let them know - the lady behind the bar was incredibly rude in her communication and told me that āthat is the way the protein lattes areā (basically gas lighting me to believe that this is normal). I told her that Iāve ordered many protein lattes at Starbucks previous to this, and that they are not this way, to which she cut me off (when I tried to explain that Iāve heard that they have to add 2% milk to the protein milk) and visibility irritated with me gave me the option for her to remake it or get a refund.
As she was clearly not hearing what I was saying, I opted for a refund so that I didnāt get another poorly made drink.
All that to say, pretty unimpressed with the customer service after paying over $7 for a drink & politely letting them know it was chunky in consistency therefore rendering it undrinkable (š¤¢)
Drove to another location and enjoying a great protein latte š

Good grief some slow moving person gave me the death look when I asked for cream at the condiments station . Then another person asked if I wanted cream ..meanwhile she had to do the garbage first like thatās more important ā¦.not really busy either
Asked the barista if they have āToffee latteā.
Couldnāt understand me.
Repeated it and she said yes.
After I paid and is waiting for my order I double checked the order on app and it says āCoffee Latteā.
Went back and repeated to her I was asking for āToffee Latteā not coffee.
When she finally understood she told me itās discontinued. (Which I still donāt understand why some stores offer them to me if itās discontinued.)
She canceled my order but didnāt bother to ask if I wanted to order something else, which I did, and just kept ordering for the next person in line.
I didnāt feel like lining up again, so just walked out.
Itās been 24hrs still havenāt gotten my refund, Iām not expecting it at this point.

10/10 to the lady with holly earrings and red lip stick she kept up amazing customer service despite the chaos of red cup day. shame to management for not scheduling more people on such a busy day. staff should have been payed double for what they had to deal with today.

Came here because the one on Williams closed down. Thereās a barista here, I think her name is Kar and she brightened up my morning. Iām convinced my breakfast sandwich tasted better than usual.
The store is bright and clean.

After Uber eats gave us the wrong order and dodged our calls. Crystal remade our order for us with no worries and that was single-handedly some of the best customer service Iāve had this year.
