I placed my order on Christmas Eve 2024 at 2:05PM. I waited 15 minutes l for a drink and there is not much people there. But the drink is very good. I visited with a friend and they think it is good too. But 10 minutes wait while others already have their drink?

I drank some at the time I took the picture, but the drink is filled to the top.

Parking: Bunch of parking, few nearby

Kid-friendliness: Good place for children to drink and talk to friends

Wheelchair accessibility: Not quite accessable. Door accessable only.

Manager Mark not doing a good job at this location. I stood at the till for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged by the 5 partners working behind the counter. They seemed to be too busy with mobile order to care about walk in customers. Very unpleasant experience.

Lady with red hair had her dog under the table inside. Hope it was a service dog otherwise pretty disrespectful to just have your dog inside in a food/drink establishment

It is fully renovated and opened. Very modern! Came here on June 7 and the gentleman who made my iced lavender cream oat matcha tea latte did a great job. I watched him make the drink and he was very precise and made it with care! Thank you!! :)
