I picked up my takeout at this restaurant at 11:45 AM on December 26th. I politely asked if I could use the restroom, but the only female staff member said no. I explained that I was there to order takeout and asked if I could use the restroom, but she still insisted on a firm no. Such cold service...

Placed an order online and showed up 15 minutes later. We were told to wait, and after another 15 minutes passed and several other walk ins were helped, we grew impatient and asked an employee. Our order was then completed in another 5.
What's the point of placing an order in advance if every Uber and walk-in order is prioritized?
Several others were infront of us waiting as well.
Prioritization and procedures were clearly scattered and disorganized.
Food was underwhelming, even without taking into account the lack of sense of urgency or efficiency.
Not sure why this place has been reviewed so well when there are several other Pokes that offer a larger variety\volume of bowls just another 15 min away. Could drive to any one of those and make it back home before these guys finish your order.
