Nice walk
We like to have a walk in this area no matter the weather. It's nice in hot summer days and also chilly winter nights.
Fall is also the best time for locals. Parking is not a problem and there are still lot of interesting things to see. You may still find some good fishes in the wharf. May be we can find some good salmon.
It's also the best spot for sunset too. You can go there in the evening having a good dinner then enjoy the sunset in the wharf. The parking is easily in the evening too.
The spot prawn season is back 2025 now!
There are still many good restaurants open in winter. It's good go to there for dinner since plenty of parking.
It's really good have a little walk with your loved ones then have a warm drink or dinner there.
It's good that we go to support our local business now since they have tough time. We can always having a meal or drink after the walk. The happy hour in the restaurants are good deals. The parking is still not a problem in spring.
After at least 17 years, I returned to Steveston and yes, we had a great Sunday experience.

Love the wharf! The only issue - the disgusting condition of the nearby public washrooms. Renovate or detonate it, but as it is, it is shameful. Has been like that for a few years, so it's not a recent and sudden degradation. Third world countries have better WCs.
So much to see...not enough time to see everything. 😊

DISHONEST BUSINESS FROM”Seaworthy Sea Urchins”!!!
Change price on their product within hours. This place at the wharf is hosted by the same guy on the day when we came. He gave me the price when asked. An hour later returning when purchasing, he raised the price by 50% claiming that his boss came down and changed the price. Such as shameful business practice.
Also, at official social media, they claimed they are closed on the day visited. I wondered whether it is legit for someone to open the business on that day. Or they just sneaked from the government 🤔
