The staff at this place are terrible, rude and mean. I parked my car by mistake in Kelly spot. She blocked my car in and was rude. She didn't want to move her car and my car is from out of province she blocked me in on purpose. Very rude and doesn't like out of towers.

The gentlemen is lovely but the sausage rolls are cold. They're reheated in a microwave, which makes them hot but soggy and there is no crunch to the pastry. Also, there's no tomato sauce which I think is against multiple international laws.

It just so British, guess what, I found Scottish black pudding and haggis here! Yorkshire tea and Walker’s shortbread are authentic symbols. I’ll come again

Whenever i'm stepping into this shop, it reminds me of my hometown in Australia (I miss home ??). Australia and the UK ?? are sharing lots of similarities, and that includes food. I'm so happy to come here.

Very unique store, the first of this type i visit around the Vancouver area, so many cookies and candy of Britain, awesome decoration!

Nice store. I bought two nice looking Cornish pasties this morning. But when we went to eat them they must have been 75% dough. This is what you would expect from mass produced food not a village local store. Sorry will not buy their pies again.

Oh what a store! Need to go in person to experience the collection of British memorabilia and the range of products.
