Mother’s Day dinner:
Delicious! Hardworking owner of restaurant is also server, kind lady.
I’ve never had deep fried egg white donuts (with red bean and sugar sprinkled) until now and it was one of the most interesting dessert ever. Loved it.
Peking duck is very nice and crispy
We ordered Sir Fried Shrimp, wonderfully done but delicious.
The 2nd dish was Lamb with green onions and cumin spice, delightfully tasty with just a touch of spice, not to hot either and manageable for anyone.
Lastly, we got the Crispy Yellow Noodles with vegetables and Shrimp, we requested no PORK and everything was amazing.
Been here a few times, but thos the first review....been here and gonna comeback again.
Friendly, staff and very comforting atmosphere.
Freshly made noodles and dumplings are worth getting here. You can taste the fresh chewy texture. The food is a bit on the oily side as is normal for Shanghainese food.
This unassuming Chinese restaurant is multi awarded and famous for having one of the best Xiao Long Bao, soup filled dumplings. Their version has a thicker but softer dough. The version with crab is excellent. You have to eat them fast before the soup leaks out. Their chicken with chili peppers aka kung pao chicken is excellent. Their vegetarian noodles are so good you won't miss the meat.
Delicious dishes :)
We love Shanghai cuisine and been to this restaurant many times. However, I didn't like the experience this time. First, the skins for a kinds of dumplings were too thick and chewy. We barely tasted the fillings. Second, the duck with cabbage was too wet and too sweet. Can't even tasted the duck but only the sweet sauce. Other dishes didn't surprise us either. Only acceptable.
Absolutely delicious! Cant wait to go back!
The meat dumplings of Xiao Long Baozi are like the meat balls in ordinary restaurants. They are elastic, but they don’t taste like Xiao Long Bao!
The lion's head is just big and old, the meat quality is poor and the gravy is mediocre!
The Drunken Chicken was very bad, the chicken was tasteless! The aroma of the wine is lost, failure!
The stir-fried bean sprouts are like vegetables and have no fragrance!
The julienned bananas are very big. You should not cut the bananas into two inches thick. You miss the best time when putting the ice cubes down, making it very difficult for the last two julienned bananas to be put into the ice water! Because the size of the shredded banana is too large, it is difficult to put it in your mouth. According to Beijing cuisine, the banana is cut into about one inch! fail

Yeahhh this place doesn’t have the best food, idk how they f’d up the bowl of noodles with soft chicken but they did, the chicken was rough and the soup was bland, no taste, other foods were mediocre at best and not really worth it, won’t come here again
P.S. Even the soup dumplings were bad, the wrap was too thick even though the juice was a lot

The 30 dollars shrimp contains kidney harmful chemical preservative, Tripoyphosphate. The server didn’t care the food quality. They didn’t clean the shrimp Intestine. Avoid this restaurant. You can find a better one in that price.
