I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The service was extremely poor — the staff wouldn’t allow me to sit down unless I bought food, which felt very unwelcoming. They also charge for cups, and even the washroom is restricted unless you’re a paying customer. This is not what I expect from a Subway. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for decent customer service.

Placed an online order, saw they were busy so got in the regular line as if I was ordering like normal. Once I got to the front of the line, I let them know I had a mobile order so they could start preparing it. Instead of preparing it, they told us they would get it ready, then proceeded to get two other customers that were BEHIND us in line, and complete their orders without doing ours. The person behind us even commented to us that it was weird how they were jumping to their order before completing us. No idea why they would make us wait even longer, after we waited in line like a regular customer, after already submitting an online order

Ordered 6 foot longs combo but was given the wrong cookies, noticed it after I took a bite so I went back to the front counter and asked for what I ordered. The female south Asian middle age lady attempted to put back the cookie she already gave me back into the cookie display. I questioned her why are you putting it back in there for other customers after I touched it, she said I did not know you touched it. But it was obvious I did since my half eaten cooking back in the bag. She didn’t apologize or offer me the cookie but threw it away, so I asked why didn’t you just offer it to me since you’re throwing it away anyways. She looked at me and said no. That’s fine to make a mistake but to disregard food safety is unhygienic and gross. It’s like dropping the cookie on the floor then putting it back for display to sell. Management needs some serious TCL food safety training with these workers.

I recently visited your store and unfortunately had a negative experience. I wanted to share my feedback in the hopes of improving future visits for myself and other customers.
Staff interaction: The staff member, Kiran, was not friendly and insisted on taking all my orders at once, despite the store not being busy. This felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.
Cleanliness: The restrooms were very dirty, which added to my dissatisfaction with the visit.

Saw a lot of small fruit flies inside the food counter; when I pointed it out the staff seemed genuinely confused and said 'what flies?' Will not be going back.

The lady named kiran is so unhygienic the more you can think of. First of all i was waiting for order more than expected which is ok seems busy but what made me mad is she made sub for someone(I don’t know meat or veggie) touched the screen took his payment nd start making my sub with same gloves. Later on she sneezed by doing her face on other side but i clearly saw her saliva or sneeze drops on counter . That made me crazy but I was not able to say anything as there were. So many people and more disgusting was she was cleaning table again nd again with same gloves she didnt even waited to finish my sub nd started taking other order using same gloves. Trust me food was garbage. I wasted my $20 to just get food with some extra meat nd her saliva on my veggie sub. Disgusting 🤢.
Firget to mention she even touched the chicken scoop to flatten the chicken when she is making veggie sub. I asked her to put extra veggies nd she put less than regular amount nd all i got is lettuce
I feel light nd extra are pronunced different. Pls take care of her. But for sure we r not going back if she is working
