What I noticed is that the way the manage the garbage is awful. I believe they didn't clean their hand properly after they dropped off the garbage. Not too sure if anything is clean at all 😰

This Subway branch is exceptionally clean and well-managed. The staff maintains high hygiene standards, and the service is efficient. Special praise to cashier MEHAK for her excellent communication and professionalism. A well-deserved five-star rating.

Arrived to an empty restaurant, expected prompt service. Server was preparing an order, took over 5 minutes to start to serve me - okay. Asked for: Italian bread, everything salad except onions, white chip cookie. Told only white or brown bread available - okay. Received: sandwich and drink (no cookie). Asked for and received cookie - okay. Later unwrapped sandwich to find onions in it. This is the worst Subway franchise I've ever used - avoid this location, they really don't care about their customers

I always go here, their subways are delicious. Unfortunately, I went to this location before 11pm. Around 10:40pm, me and my sisters were about to walk in and the girl worker was like we are closed. The way she said it was so unprofessional and there were still 20 minutes. The only location I would recommend going to is the Cambie one or the Sea Island Way, that one is 24 hours.

I had a disappointing experience at this subway location. The sandwich I ordered, the Veggie Delight, was poorly made. I expected a generous serving of vegetables, but instead, I received only a few pieces of lettuce, a single green pepper, two olives, and a thin line of mayonnaise. This lack of quality feels like a disservice to customers. I personally will not be returning to this location, and I recommend that others save their money and consider other options.

This subway is always not too busy. Service is great and they make your sandwiches fast. Also I ordered a 6 inch sandwich once and they made a footlong instead. I told them about it and they said I could just keep it!
