I went to this location for the first time today. I wanted to try then you festive faves meal deal. When I asked for it she immediately started putting on turkey slices. I said don't we get a choice between that and chicken and ham? She looked at the board behind and asked what I wanted. I said chicken. She started putting processed cheese. I said I wanted the cheddar cheese. She put on some stuffing and look like she was going to toast it. I told her I didn't want it toasted. She's scolded me and said I should have told her earlier. Well I didn't know! SHE could've asked me. She then dumped the meat and stuffing into a dish to heat up then dumped both cheese slices in the middle of the bread so half the sandwich had no cheese. The spinach and cucumber were sad looking so I didn't get any. Also later I realized she didn't put any gravy on. Actually, she never even asked me. She proceeded to put two cookies into a bag and so I asked don't I get a choice between one bag chip or two cookies? She said no, look at the poster. I think she's wrong cuz my friend was given a choice. And Doesn't subway give bags anymore? I had to balance my other items with a drink, bag of cookies and a sandwich to my car. One suggestion would be cranberry sauce on this sandwich! Anyways, I would avoid coming to this location again.

Have been a customer here for more than a year and always had great experience with welcoming and friendly staff, and wonderful food with fresh veggies being used to make sandwiches. I have seen employees being so kind to everyone, kids love them as well. Overall, amazing customer service and would revisit.
