All in all a good experience, I find the staff to be friendlyI have always enjoyed my small talks with some of their staff and I enjoy the food. I find from the experiences I have had that there team means well and works hard.I think something I have really enjoyed is the customer service I have received and the polite attitude I have received from the staff.The sandwiches are good and they have a big menu to choose from.One thing that can be improved is the ability to reach more customers , as it's usually empty when I am in the area from what I see.It's always a pleasure to get a sub here.l think their team deserves a fair chance.All in all I recommend this location to anyone and I am happy to be a customer sometimes here. The girl didn't know how to make a footlong #14 in the menu. She did not add the ingredients as per my request. She tried to overcharge me, and she showed some bad attitude. This staff member needed proper training. Worst experience! I am not visiting their store again.

usually have a great experience at this location. But the lady wasn’t very kind. She made me pay before our sandwich was even done and I asked for a meal and when I went to grab my drink she said I didn’t pay for a meal which I asked for one. And i corrected her on my sandwich and she didn’t bother to fix it and tried to say it was my fault. Even tho I still payed extra for bacon. very unfortunate. Not sure If it’ll come back to this location. Got scammed.

After reading about a dozen reviews for this Subway establishment, I looked back to the times I've ordered from this Subway, and now my opinion has slightly changed. But only slightly.Personal Experience (ordering): 7.5/10My personal experiences ordering from this Subway have been pretty positive, if I'm being honest. A couple smiles from the employees here and there, and subtle small-talk chats every now and then. From the looks of it, they enjoy my company.But that's the thing, I'm a really outgoing guy. Usually, people vibe off of happy energy. They enjoy it. Therefore, I'm thinking that may be a reason why I have had a more positive experience than others.Personal Experience (Food): 5/10Apart from the service I've been treated with, the food is a different story. It's not the best subs you could ask for, but they do fill me up and it hasn't given me food poisoning (yet). So that's a plus!Jokes aside, the subs they make aren't the greatest quality. Indian lady with red hair is very rude and unprofessional.I guess asking for few more jalapeños are too much work for them or costing it from their paycheque or something. She's always talking while making food with no mask on, which is very disgusting. Also she made fun of me because i ran google translator while she was making my sandwich and conversation between her and her co worker was about humiliating about me in their own languageVery racistVery rudeVery unprofessional

I thought it might have been my imagination, but noticed it a few times I went in. I always had the same server. She was rude and angry with me, but very kind with everyone else. I think she was discriminating against my skin colour, as that is the only thing that I could see was different between me and the other people. I won’t go back, as she makes me feel like I shouldn’t be there and I am bothering her.
