I recently ordered a 6-inch multigrain veggie patty combo with a cookie. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The bread was stale and extremely hard to chew, and the sub was poorly made—the center cut was uneven, the veggie patty was falling out, and all the sauce had leaked out.
Additionally, the cookie was hard and seemed expired. When we asked for it to be heated, we were told the microwave wasn’t working. To make matters worse, the staff member serving us was very rude. I’m a regular Subway customer and have never encountered such poor quality or service before. This experience was truly unacceptable.
