The worker that was making my sub was nice, she understood what I wanted. There was another worker staying at the cash register holding a schedule sheet and told me to hold on when I asked to pay. I waited two minutes in front of her before asking again, then she told to me hold on and walked away without saying anything. This was not good customer service communication and her attitude was not friendly, she was rude.

After a long day of work. Wanted to grab some late night snack, ended up coming to subway 24 hours opening. Karan was extremely helpful and lovely customer service. We get to chat abit of everything and able to engage a good conversation about where to get some good curry. Karan is a good staff. Don't keep him too late at night. Give him an actual daytime position, I am sure he will do much better at his most effective time zone.

I had an amazing experience at Subway this evening. The girl who served me had outstanding customer service skills, and she made the tastiest teriyaki chicken sandwich I've ever had. Nowadays, it's rare to find such great customer service in the neighborhood, but she truly proved herself. Thank you for the delicious meal and exceptional service! 5 ⭐️ for Monika⭐️
