I am giving one star because today I went to subway and there was a girl named Raman when she saw us entering in the subway she immediately turned back and said oh shit and told the other girl to serve us. We can't accept this kind of behaviour and we will dont visit again. thanks.

Just finished my shift at the bank, and I decided to have my pre packed lunch at subway. The manager was incredibly hostile and rude, even going as far as to threaten to call the cops on me because I did not purchase a Subway sandwich. I am deeply disappointed in the management of Subway. If I could give this restaurant a zero star rating, I definitely would.

I have never in my life been so frustrated. My children waited in line for over an hour. The store had maybe 8 orders ahead of them. I was circling the building walking the dog so wasn’t in the store to see what was happening but kept poking my head in and saw them in line nicely (they are teenagers not small children) but they kept saying these workers are just messing up every order taking forever. So they finally get their food. One of the sandwiches is wrong. Like not the same sandwich they gave him
The wrong one in the bag. Didn’t notice until I dropped them to the soccer field. So I mobile ordered the correct sandwich at 12:49 pm. It said ready by 1:05pm. I have it extra time even knowing how slow there are. Now I have a starving kid needing to eat between soccer games. Now I’m 90 mins into a simple subway stop. I go at 1:20 to pick up the sandwich and it’s not ready despite the app saying ready for over 15mins. I ask. He’s very rude. Says he has a bunch of orders ahead of mine and it will be at least 30 mins. I left and came back. I now got my sandwich at 1:37 TWO HOURS from when these kids first got in line and it’s toasted which it wasn’t supposed to be but at this point he’d eat anything. I’ve never been so frustrated with something so simple. Two hours to get an order is beyond ridiculous not to mention the time commitment and wasted driving back and forth checking in something so simple. I’m so angry and will be posting this to the restaurants review page I’m just so in shock at this level of incompetence at a very simple fast food restaurant.

The manager sent me a low IQ non-apology letter and then just ignored my reply.

This review will not be removed until this issue is resolved. Any PR gimmick messages under it by the restaurant is just a ploy to minimize this customer review.

Ordered online, big mistake, I ordered double the meat and only received one layer, asked for my pizza sub to be grilled and toasted, it wasn't even toasted or grilled. Once I arrived the order wasn't ready yet, but the staff chose to yell across the restaurant at me, asking what I was there for. (I was the only one in the store at the time). This location is getting worse and worse.

Firstly the loud girl working here as soon as you enter yells at you asking what you want, even when there is a huge line already in front of you so then this causes it to feel so awkward and weird because just focus on the other people’s orders first why are you in such a rush. Secondly she puts like 2 veggies on the sandwich only. Then she gave us the wrong cookies. Is she on drugs?
