I visited this Subway on an evening to have a bite and I felt really good about the whole place. The sandwiches were prepared in a beautiful manner, the ingredients that were used were fresh, and they tasted good. The employees were very courteous, fast and made the cycle easy and enjoyable. The service was fast and not in a harried way and the general ambiance quite comfortable. This place is very regular and dependable -the place to go when you want a plain, down to earth meal.

At an hour when most places are winding down, I had the pleasure of being served by CSR Minakshi at Subway — and let me tell you, she turned a late-night sandwich run into a delightful experience.
Despite it being closing time, Minakshi (spelling could be incorrect) went above and beyond to craft a veggie sandwich that was not just good — it was exceptional. Her attention to detail, patience, and positive attitude made all the difference. Every ingredient was fresh, layered with care, and the final result was bursting with flavor.
It’s rare to find such dedication and warmth in service, especially at the end of a long shift. Kudos to Meenakshi for her commitment and for treating a simple sandwich like a gourmet creation. She truly made my midnight meal memorable!

I come here almost every day around 12 PM for my foot-long, and I have to say—the customer service during the afternoon shift is exceptional! The staff are always friendly, fast, and get my order just right. As a regular, it feels good to be recognized and treated with care. The food is always fresh, the place is clean, and everything is just on point. This subway is definitely one of the best in Richmond. Highly recommended!
