Wasn't open even though the light for the open sign was turned on. Are they closed forever? How did the light turn on? Where will I get my lava toast now? Hope they're doing ok
Excellent service. Delicious treat
The desserts are amazing. The large mango cheesecake was perfect to split with 4 people. Just epic!
It was honestly just OK. Price is very high even if it's for two people. And unfortunately there was a very bad smell a good part of my visit which really affected the flavour.
Disappointed at the Green Tea lava bread, could taste any green tea flavor at all. Would not recommend. I think the chocolate lava bread was much better.
Very chique dessert place, not bad if you come in a group and share a dessert. Service is prompt and friendly and the desserts are aesthetic.
Nothing like the photos or description. Ordered a yogurt berry bingsoo and an injeomi bingsoo. The yogurt bingsoo tasted nothing like yogurt, it was just straightup original milk bingsoo sprinkled with some frozen berries. The injeomi bingsoo looks nothing like the photos, the whole bowl was missing a lot of injeomi(rice cake) and barely had any red beans. For the price we paid, it was a hie disappointment. Definitely go to snowy village if you are craving bingsoo. Not good...
Absolutely horrible experience, the shaved ice has no sweetness to it and we asked for extra condensed milk but they even charged us extra for it.
Tasty but fairly pricey. The tables were cleaned but still sticky.
These guys charge 12% tip for a group of 6 even though we each ordered our own thing and there's no service. You sit yourself down. You need to order at the counter and they don't tell you they are charging an additional 12% when you order. I will not come back here again.

Absolutely terrible service. Very hostile and unwelcoming staff. The staff refused to bring us the menu, and said to order at the counter. From my previous visits to this place they bring the menu to the table. When we thanked the waiter for bringing the order, we got absolutely no response. We said thank you again for emphasis, and no response again. Also the person taking the order was unable to answer simple questions. Yes the desserts are tasty, but they are no brainer desserts I can easily make at home or get at another place, which I will next time I want them. Never coming back to this place again, no shortage of cafes where I can get the same and more.
The hours say you are closed at 12 we came at 1135, there were 5 tables left, and they denied us service saying they are closed. If that's the case either offer us take out only or change your hours to 1130 PM.
We got mango and injeolmi (single) for about 13 CAD. Super good bingsu as the ice is a cream base versus water based. This allows for each bite to be gently welcomed with a soft powdery palate cleanser. The mango was fresh and juicy while the injeolmi had that subtle nutty flavor. Both are solid choices but I think I liked the mango better as it was a more refreshing dessert. The flavors are solid but at 13 CAD for a single bowl, it's a little pricey in comparison to other bingsu shops in its category. A must try if you are visiting Vancouver or after a hearty meal!
I ordered soy bean toast by delivery app. I didn't expect that I got this plastic thing too.
A cute place. I always come back for the bingsoo, aesthetic and great place for bringing out of town company to try one of richmond's best dessert places.
