My partner order a 1/2 sugar drink, but was given a regular sugar drink. We didn’t request a change because their system was down and had a very long line. The milk tea was good.

Stumbled upon this place and so glad I did! The vibe is super chill, perfect spot to just hang out and relax. Everything here is always consistent, which I really appreciate. The mochi in the bubble tea is so good, definitely my favorite part. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! My new favorite bbt place!

Waiting time is way too long The service was incredibly slow. The Pay-in-store option when ordering in the app did not exist. The in-store kiosk for ordering was out of order or turned off. 15 minutes to order and 15 minutes to get product
