I got the mango tea with sago. It was pretty good but I wish there was a 30% sugar level because I still found 50% a bit sweet. I had never been here before so I asked ONE question about popular choices and received a snappy response (there was no other customer in there at the time).
3.5 stars for the whole experience but rounded to 4 because I’m sure the drinks can be good if you’re familiar with their menu.

That coconut pudding sago is wonderful. So addictive ?
Their drinks are great however the paper straws that they use have a really strong chemical smell. I wonder are these paper straws safe to use as I haven’t experienced this type of smell in other paper straws. Perhaps it has to do with the glue used to make these straws? Anyways this smell just ruins the drink
SunTea Ackroyd is my favourite bbt spot in Richmond. Their service is super friendly and quick. Their drinks are seriously amazing—so much flavor in every sip. Whether you're into fruity teas or creamy milk teas, they've got you covered. Definitely my go-to spot for a tasty drink and chill vibes!
SunTea has quickly become my go-to bubble tea spot. The drinks are consistently delicious, and the tapioca pearls are always perfectly chewy. Highly recommend!

The four cups I bought all tasted good. I especially recommend the Yangzhi Manna. Be sure to order the extra large cup, which is full of fresh fruit pieces you can see. There is also taro thick moss milk tea with half sugar. The taro flavor is rich and the milk cover is just right. It is really delicious. Good news for those who love sweets. The boba milk tea’s pearls are also very bouncy and worth a try.

Soybean mochi milk tea from SunTea Ackroyd is my favorite milk tea in Vancouver! The sugar-free roasted milk tea has a very subtle sweetness, which is just right! The sweetness of the mochi is perfect, and double mochi brings joy to mochi lovers! (The mochi from Kingsway location is too sweet for me..)
The quality of this location is very consistent. I have at least one cup every week, and it's always delicious. People who don't like sweet milk tea definitely need to try this one.
I usually order on SunTea app and then pick it up in store. It’s very convenient.
The only downside of this location is that there are too few parking spots. :(
