We tried SunTea for the first time, and they have a lot of good things going for them. The staff greeted us pleasantly when we walked through the door, and the seating area was tidy. Conventional tables and chairs weren't being but there was plenty of bar-style window seating. They were playing good bubble tea shop music.The staff spoke clearly when taking our order, made recommendations, and made sure we were okay that one of our drinks would be caffeinated, and confirmed our order details at the end, which we thought showed that they cared about our order. Overall a very good experience.We found out that they're open 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays, which is a refreshing change in a post-pandemic world of many other bubble tea shops closing as early as 8pm.

Probably my favorite milk tea place. The taste of tea is strong and different from most other milk tea places I've tried (both cafes and chains). A little pricey but worth it.2024 update: Upped my service rating to a 5! I was in the shop earlier and their internet was having problems (not their fault; it was the parent internet company), so their CC machine + online ordering system was down. The poor staff were trying their best to explain to customers coming in while taking/accepting orders from those who could pay in cash, and they remained kind and courteous despite the pressure and some very rude customers. Wonderful staff!

I'm changing my previous 5 star rating after my bad experience tonight. I got a large creme brulee oreo milk tea from here today for take out. I asked for the least amount of ice but once I was in the car and started drinking there was literally very little tea and about 75% of the cup was ice. I couldn't go back because I was halfway home already. Even the consistency of the drink wasn't like usual. It didn't even have the amount of oreo I normally get in the drink.Updating my review after Sun tea reached out to me and compensated for the mistake!??♥️

Brown sugar pearls matcha fresh milk is my go-to drink here. The boba pearls are perfectly chewy, and the matcha flavor is rich without being too overpowering. A great balance of sweetness and earthy tones.
The milk tea doesn't taste as good as before. It's very watery and has no taste. I bought the floss and scallops. I can ignore the salad dressing in it. It's very dry in the mouth. The price is not cheap. It's obvious that corners are being cut.
