It was good until they started reducing the fruits. The same fruit tea we got during summer is now half the amount of fruit we got 10 days ago. My friend also had the same issue with their mango drink - also less mango. Just cos it’s not in season doesn’t mean the patrons should get dinged on the amount of fruit!

Used to my favourite bubble tea shop. I placed an online order yesterday, but couldn’t pickup in time. Tried to call them five times but no answer at all. It seems like their phone line exists just for fun. They just tossed my drink away at the end of day and told me to contact the platform.
I don’t think I will ever go back again and neither will my friends. What a joke.

Love their Oreo mochi milk tea since it is my go to drink of choice. I wish they had 30% sugar option because 50% is still a bit too sweet. Other than that, the service here is good but there are some occasions where the staff does not notice customers entering the store because of the huge signs covering the window where the cashier normally stands.
Dishonest.I ordered "taro slush from the fresh fruit section." It was made with powder. I ask why is it made from powder if it is in the fresh section. They said, "oh, the one in the fresh section is always made with powder."And then had the audacity to say "if you want fresh, you have to order it." Which means you have to order a product on one of the posters that says "taro paste." If you order one from the menu that says "fresh," it will be artificial.This comes off as an attempt to deceive customers by delivering a cheaper product than what is promised. It makes me wonder what else off the fresh menu is actually artificial. They told me I would just have to get something else at full price.I can't have been the only one fooled by this. Move it to a different part of the menu so that the product matches the description #makefreshmeanfreshagain

My daughter and I made a quick stop for bubble tea on our way home and were very pleased with the tasty drinks that we got from Sun Tea Bakery! My daughter ordered the watermelon slush and I got a brûlée boba milk tea. Loved the flavour of the brûlée boba milk tea! The prices are reasonable, and they offer 1L servings for those who are extra thirsty.
