It's the first time in my life I've had such delicious flower ribs. I hope there's no one in Vancouver who hasn't tried it. I'll go back with my friends soon. The staff were also very nice.

Their staff were so rude to us the night we went. Talking behind us in Korean. Pointing at my friend’s son, blaming him for throwing up on the ground. Pointing to a kid? Blaming him because he’s sick? The owner of Sura Richmond, please kindly look into your staff’s attitude and the manager’s management skills. Worst Korean restaurant ever.

A KIDS/FAMILY- NOT-FRIENDLY RESTAURANT!My recent visit was beyond disappointing. The staff’s attitude was downright rude. I strongly advise against dining here if you expect any level of respect or consideration.

If there is zero star, I’d have put that. I went to Sura tonight, with my two young children and a friend who has a baby too. When we were having dinner, my 5 years old son suddenly threw up. The staff gave me lots of paper napkins and a huge mop, asking me to clean up by myself. I certainly didn’t mind cleaning up, it’s my son who made the mess. I tried my best wiping everything, the chair and the floor. And then our server, a Korean girl, came and commanded me to pick up all the used paper towels and throw them away by myself. Fine, I still did it. But the worst part was that she pointed at my son and said that IT’S HIS FAULT FOR THROWING UP, YOU SHOULD BE THE ONE TO CLEAN UP! I couldn’t imagine she said that to my son. Blaming him for throwing up? Even the two gentlemen next to our table heard it and told the girl that it’s the restaurant’s responsibility to do the cleaning. I was very upset being treated like that. Honestly, I’ve been dining at this restaurant for many times, and this incident really made me see how bad their customer service is. And they were so rude to us that I feel being disrespected and discriminated. It was a mess at that time and I forgot to get that server’s name. But I know even if I complain to the manager, they wouldn’t do anything. If this post is seen by the Sura owner, please kindly look into your restaurant’s customer service. Their bad attitude is affecting your business.

The barbecue was so delicious and the meat was incredibly tender. We were given all the tools needed to cut the meat to our desired size, and there was a convenient banchan pairing that was very delicious as well.The bibimbap was great as well, with jellies in it for texture which I never had in bibimbaps before, they mix it and prep it for you at the table as well which is so convenient too. All in all a wonderful outing and dinner experience. Would recommend for special occasions!

I ordered skip the dishes delivery and there is a stapler in my meal!!!!! How did it get inside the bowl??????? I thought it was a fish bone thank god I didn’t swallow it.

Definitely not a family friendly restaurant with bad customer service and rude staff. And no one is taking responsibility in the restaurant. They are just pushing to each other.

I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my last night experience at Sura. It was our first time dining there, even though the food was good, the service left much to be desired. One particular waitress, approached our table without any regard for hospitality, she came behind me and slammed cups and teapot down in front of us with a loud bang, which surprised us. Throughout the meal, she maintained a cold attitude and without any words, which significantly detracted from our dining experience. On the positive side, the other waitstaff were attentive and friendly, contrasting starkly with the behavior of the aforementioned waitress. We don't know her. We didn't even notice her or ask her to do anything before she came up with cold and rude behavior. I regret it very much, we should have left the restaurant immediately. Whether she's racist or whatever, we don't deserve to be treated so rudely and maliciously. The irony was that I had to tip in front of her. But not for her, the other waitstaff deserve what they get. This is the worst dining experience we ever had.

Great value for the Set Lunch Menu which is a delicious variety with good portions of Korean food. Speedy service and ambiance.Good location in the Aberdeen Centre.Very good tea is served with the meal.Nice industrial looking washroom taps.
