The overall dining experience was elegant and the quality of most dishes was excellent. However, my last piece of sushi contained multiple fish bones, which was quite unexpected at this price point (around CAD $300 per person). The chef did apologize, but there was no further gesture or compensation. While I respect the craftsmanship and atmosphere, I left feeling somewhat disappointed given the high standards usually associated with omakase dining.
Me and my boyfriend had a really nice experience here, food is amazing, chef gave us variety types of food and fish. Every staff here is so nice and kind. We came visiting Vancouver and glad we found this place!
Had the most exquisite dining experience at Masa! High end interior design. Fresh and high quality ingredients from Japan. Service was excellent. Chef and server were very attentive. Highly recommend!
