If I could give zero stars for the service, I would. This was the worst experience I have had at sushi lovers. The service was absolutely horrible. The lady who was serving us was very rude and seemed like she didnât want to be there doing her job. When it came time to pay for our food, we did not tip due to the horrible service. While paying, the lady asked why we never tip and how to better the service. We told her that tipping is an option, not something we as customers have to do. People do not HAVE to tip you, especially when you are providing bad service. The sushi was great, the service was absolutely horrible. When we were leaving and explaining that we as customers do not have to provide a tip, we walked out and she told us to âshut upâ.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received today.
I called your restaurant to place an order for a tray that is currently shown on your website. However, the staff member who answered the phone told me she did not know which photo I was referring to. Instead of trying to assist me further, asking for more details, or offering to take my name and contact information so I could send the picture for clarification, she made no effort to help with my order.
To make matters worse, the call ended with her hanging up the phone without any notice or explanation.
This experience was very frustrating and unprofessional. I hope you can review this matter and provide better customer service training to prevent similar situations in the future.

I went to Sushi Lovers for dinner one evening, and it was a really good sushi experience. The moment I walked in the space felt clean and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that made it easy to sit down and enjoy the meal.
I ordered a few different sushi rolls and a sashimi plate. The fish tasted fresh and the pieces were cut nicely. The rolls had good balance between rice and filling, and the sauces added flavor without overwhelming the fish. Each bite felt fresh and satisfying.

The lady up front was extremely rude. There were two empty tables. As soon as entered, she didn't even look up and said we are full. Didn't even bother saying how long we might need to wait or didn't even offer take out. Haven't experienced something like this ever

When I went there to pick up my order, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes because the workers were chitchatting. The next time I went to dine in, the service was horrible. The server ended up being impatient because she I didnât understand what I wanted

Wassup!! I'm going to be completely honest, this place is... Ehhhhh, the wait time for two dishes took 45 mins, because apparently, the waitress semi- hid the orders, which make it take forever, now, I'm late for my art class because of it! And mind you, there were only 4 people there. Most people got their meals and wait time is 15 mins, we were there before most of them, such a time waster!! But the food was fine, the rice was oddly mushy, but it was good, I'm not sure if business was slow, bit otherwise, nah.
